Pixora Studio
Pixora Studio Privacy Policy
Effective date: 31 October 2026
Developer: Chirag Gohil
Pixora Studio (“we”, “our”, or “us”) is a photo editor for iPhone and iPad. This Privacy Policy explains how information is handled when you use the Pixora Studio app (“App”). By using Pixora Studio, you agree to this Privacy Policy.
1. Who we are
Pixora Studio is published by Chirag Gohil. The App is listed on the App Store as Pixora Studio.
2. No account
You do not create an account to use Pixora Studio. We do not operate a login, a user database, or a cloud profile for the App.
3. Photos stay on this iPhone
Editing runs on your device. We do not operate a server that receives your photos. Work done in the App can include crop, rotate, straighten, filters, brightness, color, compress, resize, convert, collage, frames, text, watermark, passport and social sizes, photo to PDF, and removing metadata.
If you save an edit inside the App, that copy stays in the App’s storage on this iPhone or iPad. Deleting the App deletes those saved copies from the device. We do not sell your photos, and we do not send them to advertisers.
These preferences also stay on the device:
- The language you select
- The accent color you select
- The order of tools on the home screen
- Which feature introductions you have already seen
4. Photo Library and Camera
Photo Library access is used only when you choose photos, and when you save an edited photo to your library. Camera access is used only when you take a new photo. You can turn either permission off in iOS Settings.
Pixora Studio does not request microphone, contacts, or location permission.
5. Photo metadata
A photo file can already contain camera details and a location. The Remove metadata tool reads that information on your device so you can see it, then save a copy with it removed. That information is not uploaded.
6. Internet
The App checks whether this iPhone has an internet connection, so it can tell you when the connection is off. That check does not send your photos. Pixora Studio does not upload the photos you edit.
When the device is online, the App also contacts Google’s Firebase and, when ads are switched on, Google AdMob. Those connections are used for the items in section 9. They do not include your photos.
7. Sharing
If you tap Share, only the photo, PDF, or file you choose is sent to the app you pick, such as Messages, Mail, or Files. You start that share.
8. Rate App and More Apps
Rate App opens the App Store review page for Pixora Studio. More Apps opens Chirag Gohil’s page on the App Store. Apple handles those pages under Apple’s own privacy policy.
9. Ads, analytics, and purchases
Pixora Studio may show ads. Ads can be a banner, a native ad on the home screen, a full-screen ad between tools, an ad when the App opens, or a rewarded ad when you save. Ads stay off until we turn them on from our server settings. Turning them on does not require a new app update. We do not send your photos to advertisers.
Ads are provided by Google AdMob. Google and its advertising partners may receive your device’s advertising identifier, IP address, device type, language, and how you interact with an ad. The App may ask permission to track you across apps and websites owned by other companies, so ads can be more relevant. You can refuse. Ads can still be shown. You can change that choice later in iOS Settings under Privacy & Security, then Tracking.
The App uses Firebase Analytics to understand which screens and tools are used, and Firebase Crashlytics to receive a report if the App crashes. Those reports can include the device model, operating system version, app version, and a crash log. They do not include your photos. Firebase Remote Config sends the App a small set of settings, including whether ads are on and which ad units to use.
Google’s handling of this information is described in Google’s privacy policy. The App does not offer in-app purchases or subscriptions. We do not sell personal information.
10. Children
Pixora Studio is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
11. Changes
If this policy changes, the updated text will be posted on this page with a new effective date.
12. Face data
Pixora Studio does not collect, store, or share face data.
When you use Auto edit, the App uses Apple's on-device Vision framework only to check whether a face is present in the photo you selected. That check is a yes or no. The App does not record face position, face shape, or a face print, and it does not identify who the person is. The result is used only to choose brightness and a filter for that edit. It is discarded when the edit finishes.
When you use Background blur or replace a passport background, the App creates a temporary on-device mask of the person in the photo so the background can be blurred or replaced. That mask is not a face template. It exists only in memory while the picture is being edited, and it is not saved as a separate file.
Face data and person masks are not sent to Pixora Studio, to a server, or to any third party, including advertisers. They are not used for advertising, analytics, or identification. The edited photo you choose to save stays in the App's storage on this iPhone or iPad, or in your Photo Library if you save it there. Deleting that photo, or deleting the App, removes it from the device. We do not retain face data after the edit ends, because we never store it.
