ArrowFlow: Brain Puzzle
ArrowFlow: Brain Puzzle Privacy Policy
Effective date: 6 November 2026
Developer: Chirag Gohil
ArrowFlow: Brain Puzzle (“we”, “our”, or “us”) is an arrow puzzle game for iPhone and iPad. This Privacy Policy explains how information is handled when you use the ArrowFlow: Brain Puzzle app (“App”). By using the App, you agree to this Privacy Policy.
1. Who we are
ArrowFlow: Brain Puzzle is published by Chirag Gohil. The App is listed on the App Store as ArrowFlow: Brain Puzzle.
2. No account
You do not create an account to use ArrowFlow: Brain Puzzle. We do not operate a login, a user database, or a cloud profile for the App. We do not ask for your name, email address, phone number, or contacts.
3. Progress stays on this device
The game runs on your iPhone or iPad. We do not operate a server that receives your puzzles, moves, or progress.
These details stay in the App’s storage on this device:
- The campaign level you have reached, stars, and an unfinished level
- Coins, hints, and the daily spin
- Daily puzzles you have cleared
- The language you select
- Sound and vibration choices
- The theme color you select
- Whether you have already seen the welcome screen
- Your ad consent and tracking choice
Deleting the App deletes this information from the device. We do not sell your game progress.
4. No photos, location, or contacts
ArrowFlow: Brain Puzzle does not request Photo Library, Camera, Microphone, Contacts, or Location permission. The App does not read your photos or your precise location.
5. Internet
ArrowFlow: Brain Puzzle needs an internet connection to open. If the device is offline, the App shows a message and waits until the connection returns. Your puzzles and progress are still stored only on this device. They are not uploaded.
When you tap Rate app, the App Store review page for ArrowFlow: Brain Puzzle opens. When you tap More apps, Chirag Gohil’s page on the App Store opens. Apple handles those pages under Apple’s own privacy policy.
When you tap Share app, iOS opens the share sheet with a short message and the App Store link. The message is sent only to the app you choose, such as Messages or Mail. You start that share.
6. Ads
The App shows ads from Google AdMob. Ad formats can include an app-open ad, a banner, an interstitial, a native ad, and a rewarded ad. Ads help support the free game.
Google may receive an advertising identifier, IP address, and device information to choose and measure ads. If you allow tracking, ads can be more relevant. If you decline tracking, the App can still show non-personalized ads where that is allowed.
On the first launch, users in regions that require it see Google’s privacy and consent form (GDPR). You can change an earlier ad choice through your device settings. The consent form is shown before ads are requested.
AdMob’s own policy is at https://policies.google.com/privacy.
7. Analytics and crash reports
The App uses Firebase Analytics and Firebase Crashlytics, which are Google services.
Analytics records events such as the app opening, so we can understand how the game is used. Crashlytics records crash and diagnostic information so we can fix bugs. These reports are not linked to your name or an account.
Firebase’s policy is at https://firebase.google.com/support/privacy.
8. Tracking permission
On iPhone and iPad, Apple may show the App Tracking Transparency prompt: “ArrowFlow uses this to show more relevant ads. Your game progress stays on this device.” This prompt appears after the consent form, and before ads load. If you tap Ask App Not to Track, we do not use the advertising identifier for tracking.
9. Children
ArrowFlow: Brain Puzzle is a general-audience puzzle game. It is not directed at children under 13, and it is not part of Apple’s Kids category. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children, and the App does not ask children to create an account or share contact details.
10. Changes
If this policy changes, the updated text will be posted on this page with a new effective date.
